Meeting the Surgeon
Hi All,
I had my final scheduled appointment yesterday (Psychologist) at TWH. The Psychologist said that my file would go to Rounds last night and I would get a call in a couple of weeks. Well, I just got the call. My appointment to meet the surgeon is Sept 11th at 11 am. Dr. Jackson.
I am still shaking with excitement!

Super exciting! I wouldn't doubt your surgery would be scheduled 5-6 weeks after you meet the surgeon. Excited for you!

That's exciting news and so fast too! Make sure you bring any questions with you for them - they love it if you are prepared when you walk into the office!

Sorry for the late reply - just got back from a trip of a lifetime with my parents and 6 siblings.
I took the time to tell all of them that I was pursuing this. Reaction were supportive and encouraging.
