Good Morning Monday People! Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend.
I'm getting geared up for a busy week coming up at work (what else is new). It's supposed to be a hot one too.

B A new GNC protien shake - I'll let you all know how it was
S Decaf coffee with soy milk
L 2 deviled eggs with dijon and a tomato slice
S a new recipe I am trying - coconut latte jello squares. Hope it turned out!
D Crockpot pulled beef
S greek yogurt (if I have room or am low on protein )
Good morning everyone! Going to be a hot one! Cc I was up too early too, my eyes just popped open. I got up and did a few chores then listened to my 20 minute meditation, I fall asleep nearly always while listening to it, as long as I can concentrate.
Just work and the gym today. Btw it is 50% off at value village today, I might hit that if I have the energy after work. Omg birdiegirl your steak soup sounds awesome!
Thanks for the reminder re fruit everyone, it can get out of hand fast, especially with all the nice fresh local stuff around at the moment.

b - sf orange jello, premier protein shake, decaf coffee x 2 throughout the day
s - 2 cheese strings, 1 fresh local organic baby carrot
L - lc veg with protein
s - same as morning snack, 1/2 simply protein bar at gym
d - wax beans with salt and pepper pork chop
s - "crackers" made of microwaved lf Swiss cheese, garlic powder, and toasted walnut pieces
all water and vits
