What did you eat today
Today was a good day for me. lot of walking to clients.
b banana 1/2 hour later protein shake with raspberries
s 2 oz of white old cheese

s 10 grapes
1 glass of chocolate milk
dinner 2.4 oz of baked chicken breast dog was happy she got the rest. one small stuff tomato and one small bit of bake potato
snack for the night will be 3 baby cookies
lots of water and two decaff tea

Same breakfast Greek yogurt and protein salad
turkey pepperette
lunch was a meat lasagna. Ate mostly cheese and beef. Very few noodles. Had small amount of Caesar salad
snack was a peanut butter cookie. Arrrggghh. My friends mom makes the best. She offered to pack me a care bag and I was like no way. You can keep em.
Snack one Melba with laughing cow cheese
dinner was 1/2 chicken breast and 2 slices of tomatoe.

The one that is posted in the morning I found is what people were planing on eating and it did not work for me. I tried a few times to post there and than I found I was having something I did not plan. A few people said they found it hard to post in the morning and I want to lose weight and I started to post instead what did you eat post in the evening. This way it does offer people who post in the morning to go back and see if they stayed with the plan or if they added something they were not planing on. I started this on Monday and i have found it has helped me a lot this week
