Optifast

Hi All, got over the 3 days hump on Optifast and starting to feel like myself again except for a tingling tongue since i started drinking the shakes- anyone else have this sensation?

I didn't have tingling tongue but I had a gross film on my teeth. My friend said her tongue felt fuzzy.

I fear I'll be outcast but I'm not having any of the side effects I've read about or heard about. The first 4 days sucked, tummy rumbling but beyond that it's been ok. I guess I'm lucky. Or weird. teehee
