Just a quick update that my surgery went well and I'm up and about this morning.. I'll be heading home later this afternoon

No regrets and already excited about the future - anybody waiting to go under the knife and nervous - it goes fast and next thing you know you'll be posting your own message!!

Visualize the person you want to be every chance you get - and you can become it!

Glad to hear you're up and about and on the road to recovery. I'm glad you posted that second paragraph... my surgery is tomorrow and I'm a bit spooked.
