What did you eat today
Well no excuse for me. Today was not a good eating day for me. Good thing is I have tomorrow to make it better
Breakfast banana half hour later one protein shake with 1/4 raspberries
snack Roasted peanut NuGo slim bar
lunch 1/4 cup of refined beans two slices of tomatoes and 10 riz whole wheat crackers
After this is where I blew it
one nature valley crunchy peanut butter reason I had it sugar was going low
cup watermelon
supper Source greek yogurt
6 pretzel crisps
my exercise for the day was walking the dog
Breakfast 1/3 c Greek yogurt with 1/4 c protein cereal
snack turkey pepperette
lunch garden salad and chicken pasta. Had 3 bites of pasta and 3 oz chicken. I small piece of bread with butter
snack Melba toast with Philly cream cheese herb and garlic
dinner 4.5 oz NY strip and corn on cob with butter and salt and pepper
snack. 1/2 ice cream sandwich. Bad girl. Blaming my neighbours but really I'm the one who gave them one
could have definitely eaten better today too.
