I'm cold too! I'm on day 9 of opti. I usually have cold hands feet and a nose but now I have all that and cold core. Dreading winter. Mostly because hubby runs hot and likes to keep things cool.

This is likely going to be your new normal while in weight loss phase.  I froze for two years but trust me, the trade off is worth it!

Yep same with me!  Jackets blankets warm socks. You name it. Although I didn't think I would need these in August lol. I was looking forward to a hot summer. But I do love having my windows open and the AC off.

Thanks everyone for the replies.   Guess this is another new normal for me to experience.

When you lose weight, you will get cold quicker.  For now, blankets, sweaters and try ho****er instead of cold.  Warm/hot drinks always help me warm up.

Almost there!
