What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)
Good morning all. Karen glad you enjoyed the ParaPan. I hope to see 5 aside football tonight. MRI last night went well. It was actuaally two. By the second one I got so used to the noise aand I was so tired I briefly fell asleep. Got up late this morning and wewnt for my 6 month blood tests just 2 months late. I am at ParaPan now until 9:30pm. It is kind of sad as everything is winding down. Varsity field is back to being a football feild.

l banana with almond butter, salaad, grilled veg
s zero yogurt, snap peas

s pure protein bar if hungry or cheese and cracker when home

B - gnc strawberry protein shake, decaf coffee
s - yogurt with a little trail mix in it, an apple
l - forgot to eat anything, not good
s - crispy crunch bar (I messed up), decaf coffee
dinner - tabouli salad with only a tiny bit of grain almost all veg, half slice p28 bread toasted with garlic and lf Swiss cheese melted on it
s - more tabouli salad, slice p28 toast with pb and nsa jam, noticing my calories are low for the day (700) so I added this, now up to 900.
my carbs were stupid because of that darn chocolate bar. Someone gave it to me and that is my weakness - if someone places it in front of me I will want to eat it. Should have just said no. Sigh, I am cleaning up my act now and back on track, back on that crazy horse!

Surgery was April 16/15
Breakfast: 1/2 cup All Bran and 1/2 cup skim milk
Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese o% mf
Lunch: 1.1 oz Chicken Breast
1 cup Salad ( romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber)
2 tbsp salsa
Snack: 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 0% mf mixed with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Supper: 1/2 cup egg whites with onion
1 slice of 0% mf mozzarella cheese slice ( melted on egg whites)
1/2 cup boiled cauliflower
Snack: 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt 0% mf mixed with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

B - protein shake
S1 - 1 oz cheese, 20 gr. wheat thins
L- 2 oz sirloin
S2 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - 1/2 Oktoberfest sausage, roasted veggies
S3 - 1/2 oz cheese, 20 gr. wheat thins (hmmm, twice in one day with the crackers, gonna have to watch that...)
