Morning all. Be happy it's almost the weekend Karen. Must have been real hectic for you.

I had to vibist my doctor yesterday afternoon as my wound would not stop bleeding. They had to change the dressing as the new one was already saturated. This morning, the new one is full of blood again so, i just have to keep an eye out for more bleeding. To top it off, i went ALL day without pain meds because the pharmacy screwed up the delivery times. I didn't get to have any meds until 9pm, a whole 12 hrs since my last dosage. Needless to say, i was not a happy camper and i called Rexall this morning to give them a piece of my mind.

Nia, sorry to hear your recovery isn't going so smoothly for you. You hang in there, and BTW what is the homemade samosa all about please?! I love samosas, but they're carb-o-licious. lol

Thanks Karen. I hope by next week this will all be a distant memory.

For the samosas, i use extra lean ground beef/chicken and peas then add the indian spices. For the wrap, i use the low carb tortilla wraps, either mama lupe's or la tortilla factory. Put a couple of table spoons and form into a triangle. I slightly brush them with olive oil then bake them just to give them colour. Tastes almost like the real thing

Sorry to hear about your wound, hope it behaves itself from now on.  Love the samosa idea, I am totally trying that!  Thank you for sharing your samosa secret :0)
