weight loss after one year?

Hey Zizz. I remember when i asked that same question at a yr post op. I stalled for a good 2.5 months at exactly a yr and as you know i was ill at that time. Once the stall broke, i lost another 25 lb. at the 16-18 months mark. You've done well so far Zizz. Keep working your plan and you'll get there. I was anxious too to get to goal so once i got there, i was like what now, lol. 

Wow, that is good to hear about losing after the one year mark.  Did you do anything different during that time?  I am sure I will be the same once I stop losing, now what do I do?  Hope your knee is healing up nicely for you.  Thanks for your reply, gives me hope :0)

No I didn't do anything different. Just followed the plan. In fact i was barely eating at my yr mark because of pain that, i stopped losing. But once i got back on plan, it started coming of again. You'll do well Zizz.

My knee is coming on nicely. Not to much pain but bleeding quite a bit. Had to have it re-dressed at the Dr's but, i should be good to go soon.
