What did you eat today

hi everyone this post is in the evening so you can see what you really did eat and how much.

Breakfast was one banana half hour later president choice protein drink 20 grams of protein in it and low in sugar with 1/4 cup of raspberries.

snack 2 oz of old white cheese

lunch 2 pieces of celery with less than a tablespoon of peanut butter

did a 45 minute core work out class

snack 10 black pepper cashews

one glass of chocolate milk

banana with one tablespoon of peanut butter

hour run

small orange

apple

2 source Greek yogurt

decaff tea and lots of water

i don't usually eat dinner when I have a run. my stomach does not like it

Oh yea i came home at 7 from the run and walk the dog for 45 minutes. 

now it is rest time

need to do it for me. If others want to join that is fine. I have found that the last 2 days I stop before I eat thinking if I have this than I will have to post it. keeping me honest
