Stress can sure shed pounds fast
Please be careful with this. I too am one that doesn't eat when stressed, and can lose a lot of weight from it. But it's not healthy, and not good for you. You do need to eat to get enough nutrients into your system. It also means that when you have gotten through the stress, you'll be eating "normally" and will gain some weight back.
It sounds like your stress is affecting you physically, I urge you to seek help to deal with it. Under eating is not any better than over eating.
