What did you eat today
In no way is this to take away from what are you eating today. I am not even sure if people will be interested in posting and if not that is OK. I just found that I can not post in the morning what I was going to eat and stay with it. The idea here is to post in the evening what you really did eat. If you post in the morning and found out hey I did not stick to the plan than you can post here. The idea is to help each other and just to make yourself aware of what you are eating and maybe help you lose.
Breakfast was one banana and half hour later one president choose protein shake with 1/4 cup of raspberries blended in with it
Lunch 2 celery sticks with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
did a 45 work out
snack apple
Dinner one tablespoon of pasta salad. 4 chicken wing tips
snack will be peach
through out the day I had 12 grapes.
lots of water and decaf tea.
I have a goal to lose 20 pounds.
This is posted early it will probably be latter in the evening that I post just because I work out and sometimes it is late when i get home. The latest it will be posted is 8. Hope people are interested in taking part
This is a good idea. I often substitute items based on availability and what I am in the mood to eat.

b - 1 strawberry gnc protein shake (as planned), xl decaf coffee (as planned)
s - 1 slice p28 bread, pb and sna jam (panned), 3 timbits (not planned)
l - planned to eat only veg and protein, actually ate half a chicken shwarma sandwich with the pita bread
s - 2 cheese strings (as planned)
d - planned 1 slice p28 bread with calabrese salad, actually ate 1 chicken finger with steamed vegetables and raw veggies
s - planned greek yogurt with fresh fruit, actually ate 1 cup of plain greek yogurt with 2 tbsp. low sugar mixed berry jam
Thanks for posting this, it is interesting to see where I did not follow the plan.
Have you always been that way te fried foods or did the intolerance develop over time? I can eat a small amount and be ok, but too much and I get super sick. The worst for me is french fries at a restaurant. I do not order them but it seems I always am sitting next to someone who does, and it can lead to nibbling that was not planned. Going to have to come up with a strategy for that.

supper 50 gms chicken breast, mustard 2 whole wheat crackers
snack 1/4 cup nf Greek yogurt , 1/4 cup blueberries
1 and half litres water
