I have my appointments for the phycologist assessment tomorrow and the nutritional assessment on the 31 of aug. What can i expect at these appointments and how long usually from here do you have the surgery. Im at TWH

    

Referral sent- Sept 26 2014, Orientation (TWH)- November 12 2014, Sleep apnea test Nov 6 2014, Social worker- Jan 20 2015, Nurse Jan 20 2015, Nutrition -Jan 26 2015

They want to see that you have made positive changes and are ready. Prove that and you're good to go. See my time line below.

The psychologist is similar to the social worker but more in depth. The dietician wants to be sure you understand how you will need to eat post-op. Both are looking at your behaviours. 

Since the order of appointments varies a bit, you should expect surgery approximately two months after your surgical visit. Those are the current wait times and of course, are subject to change.
