Cooking Classes - Toronto

Has anyone in the Toronto area taken any cooking classes post-op?

I've been looking online and am interested as I am hopeless when when comes to herbs and spices.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

I did take one by a person calling herself The Spice Lady. DO NOT USE HER. It was done in her small condo with wires going everywhere. She is often on either wagjag or one of the other deal sites

The Loblaws at Maple Leaf Gardens has regularly scheduled free cooking classes. I know some of them push the "black label" stuff which is mostly processed, so maybe go one of the other nights.
