What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Morning all (or afternoon or evening, whenever it's convenient for you to post )
Off to work for another fun-filled day of controlled-crazy, and not sure what else to be honest! I was up way too early this morning - not sure if I just "had enough" sleep or the fact that my A/C is behaving lazily (I can't stand stuffy rooms, especially for sleeping!). Call already in for service on the A/C and it's a good thing since I feel a wee snit coming on LOL Thankfully, I don't feel "hot" - have been freezing since surgery 9 years ago - but stuffy/sticky/close is not my thing!

- coffee with cream x 3 over the day -
B - GNC Total Lean (banana) (only drank 1/2 for now)
S - Source Greek (peach), small handful of green grapes
L - 4 oz leftover BBQ chicken topped with homemade salsa fresca, shredded old cheddar and a few shots of Frank's, nuked 'til melty and then sprinkled with green onions
S - maybe another Greek yogurt, I'll have to see if I want anything as lunch is very filling
D - more leftover BBQ chicken, this time made into a chicken/veggie stir fry (no rice, thank you)
S - likely just tea/coffee
Have a terrific Tuesday,
K. :)

Morning all. Not so quiet day today. Taking the car in to have an oil change. Then going to sign papers to an apartment downtown. Had to move as the rent + hydro where i currently live was stupidly high. At least everything is inclusive where i'm moving to, saving me almost $300. Then home to cook a few meals to freeze as i'll be off my feet for a good week.
I dislike stuffy rooms to sleep in as well Karen, so hope your A/C gets fixed quick. Tanya have a good day and Zizz, wow almost a yr already? I'll be 2 yrs in October and I still feel like a new post op at times. Congratulations.

Good morning everyone. Karen I hope you get your A/C fixed soon, but a fan may help in the interim. Zizzler it's crazy how fast the first year goes by. I have my second foot massage on Friday that was my gift to myself for my 1st surgeversary. When I look back over the past year I don't recognise myself. Some things are good - I am stronger, have more energy. Some things are bad - I look so much older, but in general I'm happier.
Pat are you done with Parapan now? Nia that is so great about the new apartment.
Today I went swimming. Yesterday I swam and did Zumba toning ( really liked it, and man its a good workout) so today I'm sore. Still have a mountain of clothes to sort out. Also a mountain of paperwork to file, sort, and get rid of what's no longer needed.

Hey cc, yes it goes by so quickly! I too feel I look much older now by at least 10 years, before surgery people routinely thought I was 10 years younger, now I look my actual age. Foot massage sounds so awesome, glad you are getting another, you deserve to be pampered :0). Have an excellent evening.
