HRRH Dr. Hagen - Any Idea what surgery dates are being booked for?

Does anyone know when surgeries are being booked for Dr. Hagen now?  I have Dr. Starr but was thinking of asking for a transfer to get an earlier surgery as my surgery is now booked for March 14 !

Im with dr. starr.  booked for surgery november 23.  i don't know much about dr. hagan but when i asked back in april about doing the same thing, its apparently not something they do.  

I saw your timeline and its quite similar to mine.  My actual appointment with Dr. Glazer was for August 19 but i got a message that was really choppy last week about cancelling it till october sometime.  ive called back 5x to get clarification on that message and i have had no return call whatsoever.  i was approved for surgery in april.  so been really just waiting for this appointment in august only for it to be cancelled for another 9 weeks or more with no reason.  all i can say is call and ask them but prepare yourself.  I've been disappointed with the process I have gone through.  Especially when they couldn't have evened things out between TWH and HRRH knowing there would be a bottleneck effect with the transferring to the new hospital etc.  

I'm sorry your surgery is booked so far ahead.  I actually was given so many different reasons I got super tired of asking .  They were getting annoyed having to probably repeat the same excuses to everyone.  

They are having issues getting appointments for people with earlier surgeries right now. 

I was booked in 3 days before surgery, but given that he will want a sleep study my surgeons office asked them to get me in now. 

I don't understand why their cancelled appointments don't go to people who are booked in a week or less before surgery. 

both my husband and I are with Dr. Hagen!  I just recently (within the last week) was able to schedule my husband's surgery (and mine rescheduled for Sept 4th) to September 1st.. so we are having back to back surgeries...However, I know that they are not booking anything past October because that is when the new hospital opens at Keele and they aren't sure of their schedules for that time!!!

It wouldn't hurt asking to be on the cancellation list.. you never know.. Good Luck!!! :)

You got my old date/time!!!! I was originally scheduled for Sept 4th at 10:30 but was switched to 10 on Sept 1st so that my husband could have his done the same day!!!! We will probably just miss you!!!! Good Luck!!!
