Good morning everyone.  Zizzler enjoy your yoga class, and you're right, garlic is the best.

Yesterday was a very active day for me.  After swimming I did 2 back to back Zumba classes and I a paying for it a little this morning.  Bluesfest was good yesterday and DH and I will go again today.  Betony enjoy the Highland Games with your daughter and the music after.  Today will mostly be sitting listening to music but I will try to walk when one music act is finished just before the next one.  There wasn't alot of good food choices at Bluesfest from the vendors so today I am packing my Bento Box and that should last for lunch dinner and snacks.

B. Mushroom/ pepper and cheese omelette on a thin bun with thick slice of tomato

S. Large decaf coffee

This is what i have packed in my Bento.  Small Hummus, tomato/olive oil/oregano salad, pepperoncini peppers, slices of various cheese, twistos thin garden crackers in jalapeno cheddar flavour, mango slices, chicken strips in sweet Thai chili flavour and some Xyla teriyaki sauce for dipping.  I have also filled a thermos with iced decaf coffee.

Have a great day everyone.

Try a gravy with your chicken. You need it moist. I like the Swiss chalet dipping sauce.

Afternoon all :)

Had a sleep in today until my phone starting ringing ;) Didn't end up going out for dinner last night so we're going out tonight whether he likes it or not. lol Not a lot on the go today - it's pretty cloudy and coolish out there. My new Misfit Shine arrived yesterday (talk about quick shipping, thank you Staples!) and it's soooo pretty. They've improved the internal workings and it's very sensitive to movement, which is great. And it's pretty, did I mention that?

Hi ladies,

Hope you all had a great day!

Zizzler, where was the garlic festival? Sounds cool!

CC, I think after all that exercise you deserve to sit and listen to music today

How was dinner out, Karen?

This morning took my daughter out to the stable where she rides and spent an hour or so videotaping her and shovelling manure!

Then we went to Fergus for the Highland games, but never made it to the Blues Fest. Oh well, I'm just shocked by all the activity we're managing to get in these days. 70 pounds ago, just taking Sara to riding would have wiped me out, let alone anything else. So grateful for this surgery!

B - half a McDonald's breakfast burrito (I know, not the best choic

S1 - Premiere protein shake

L - other half of burrito

S2 -1 oz cheese

D - 2 oz prime rib, steamed veggies

714 cals, 37 g carbs, 38 g fat, 64 g protein

6700 steps
