Happy Friday pretty girl. Glad you are taking out Andrew for his Birthday. I'm in California and the weather has been great as well. Going for a long nature walk tomorrow. Have a great week end.

Hope you all had a great day and a lovely evening. How was Blues Fest, CC? My daughter and I are hitting the Fergus Highland Games tomorrow afternoon followed by some blues - we're very multicultural :)

B - Premiere Protein shake

S1 - 2 oz. sirloin, 20 g wheat thins

L - 2 oz. pork tenderloin, cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, 1 t. ranch dressing

S2 - Source Greek yogurt - mandarin

D - 2 oz. pork, 1 c. baby lettuce, 1 t. oil and vinegar dressing, sprinkling of parmesan

810 cals, 39 g carbs, 33 g fat, 88 g protein
