Morning
Still experiencing insomnia and it sucks. Tonight having my high school friends for dinner - I make the main and they bring the sides and apps. I have a cake to celebrate one of their birthdays.
Heading out early tomorrow for two days in the near north - golf and hopefully some sleep on the agenda
STEPS - 7710

B - 2 large mugs of coffee
Premier protein shake
S - Good foods chicken salad
L - Leftover tortellini in pesto sauce with chicken and veggies. Might have this or may just have a few roll ups - will see as I rarely eat pasta but my family needed some comfort food last night.
D - 5 oz maple salmon
one spoonful of whatever my friends bring - I inserted stats for kale salad
glass of merlot
small piece of cake

Good morning everyone. Tired today. Was up in the night for a couple of hours. Fortunately went back to sleep. I don't know how you people with insomnia survive the day. I need to watch because pre wls I would eat crap to stay awake. And not care what it was cause I was just too tired. I will have to watch what I eat today. Especially this afternoon around all the candy here.
I have not been biking much this year. Especially since I was given a new bike I do not like. But I am biking home tonight. Just have to be happy to go very slow.

Nothing planned for today besides a few errands and shopping for supplies. I work in the am earlier than usual at 8:30a then Sat at 9a so I probably won't post as i'll be there the whole day.

S - 1/3 cup tuna, 1/2 baby cucumber
D - 2oz grilled steak, 4 shrimp, grilled zucchini (been craving surf and turf for a while)
S - 1/2 cup milk, 4 shrimp.
Totals: 762 cal, 21 carbs, 37 fats, 87 protein

Hi Everyone! So busy today that i didn't get on the forum until now. Hoping to get out and enjoy the day after work today.
