too many calories?
At my 4 month follow up I was eating between 800 and 1000 cal a day. My NUT said I should hitting closer the 1000 than the 800. I have been losing consistently. At the support group at TWH they encourage not to focus on calories. It is about protein or at least that is what they say. I think if you are losing and feeling good you should focus on that. Keep up the good work!
