What are you eating/doing today (Wednesday)
Good morning all. More work on web sites. I will be glad when the structure is there to actually organise what I am putting in. Swimming at lunch today. I love banana and peanut butter. Since I am having cramps again I am trying banana and almond butter.
I am still having problems with belching when I swim. It doesn't seem to matter if I do not eat before. I have to stop at each end to let the air out. I am also finding I am not hungry after I swim. Then since I have not eaten for hours I have lunch then want to keep eating even when full. Weird head games.
Home tonight.

d meatballs in sauce, watermelon salad

Morning all. Bit overcast and chilly for me. Yesterday I was so cold and goosebumps all over my niece was laughing at me. Went to the mall yesterday just for a walk and what did I come home with? SHOES!!! I hadn't even planned on buying anything but, what is a girl to do when she sees a sale sign? LOL.
Nothing planned today, just work later on this evening then home.
