What are you eating/doing today (Friday)
Morning all. Went AWOL yesterday as i was just so tired for some reason but, stayed on plan though so, yay for me. Karen sorry to hear your gut has been bothering you. Hope you feel better soon. Hope everyone else is well. Tomorrow I won't have time to post as i'll be at Bingemans with work. They are taking all the clients there for a day of fun. Hope it won't be to chaotic. These are high functional patients and are independent to a point and just need guiding here and there.
B - Pc Octoberwurst pork sausage, it was a bit salty though, will not buy again. Tasty though
L - 3oz tilapia grilled, 1/2 cup cabbage, zucchini
S - 1/3 cup raosted edamame, 1/2oz old cheddar
D - 2.5oz roasted chicken, 1/4 cup roasted potato, cucumber
S - 1/2 cup milk, maybe some more roasted chicken

Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with milk
Snack: 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese
Lunch: 1 cup garden salad with 1oz of grilled chicken breast touch of BBQ sauce for dressing
Snack: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce mixed in
Supper: 1.5 cups of salad with chicken, grape tomatoes, corn, avocado and egg touch of BBQ sauce for dressing
Snack: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce mixed in

Ohhh.. okay. So you're about 3 1/2 months out then. I asked because of your menu - contents and volume. If you would like some feedback or guidance with your menu please let us know.
