This made me laugh, but actually.... you could be right. I find everything feels "tight" on me in extreme humidity. Psychological? Perhaps. But a great "explanation". ;)

Morning all! The scale has been finicky the past 10 days or so, I'm going up and down the same 5lbs. Trying to trust the process and enjoy the honeymoon phase.
B premier protein shake
S Decaf coffee with soy milk
L Lemon pepper tuna and avocado
S Sf pudding with Vega protein
D turkey and cheddar roll ups with dijon
S maybe yogurt?
Water and vitamins too, of course.
Happy to be at work in the air conditioner today. Everyone stay cool.

Insomnia here as well. I think I hate being home as I slept so good at the lake. Pouts.
We are having almost the identical dinner other than my chicken is stuffed with prosciutto, sundried tomatoes and buffalo mozza, oh and fresh oregano. Beans have been so nice lately that we eat them often in a week and the kale salad is just too easy to not have on these hot days.

I have a doctors appt this afternoon for my knee again and the work this evening. I'm hot already and I have a headache, maybe some coffee will help.
