What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone. The evil insomnia bug bit me again. I was up at 2:00 and couldn't get back to sleep.
Today I am heading to Guelph to have my 1 year followup with Dr. Reed. Tanya it would have been great to meet up with you. Perhaps the lovely Karen will organize another get together in September at Clarkson in Mississauga and we can all go and put a face to the names. While in Guelph I will also be visiting a friend. Not much else planned for the day except some gardening and probably a nap.

L. I will take a protein bar with me to Guelph

Had a great time with my nieces last night. Going to the Keg tonight for dinner but I think my steak is better!
Full day ahead beginning with another tennis lesson this morning - getting a mani/pedi and highlights after.

CC, that makes for a long day! Enjoy your one-year follow-up and please say hello from me to your friend. YES, Karen will definitely organize a get together for August/early September!
At work for the day and need to run a couple of errands as well, so may do that at lunch. Actually, I'm pretty sure I will do that at lunch and avoid the after work crowd. Not sure what else I'll get up to this evening, but it'll be an early night - unless my son visits (which would be great!) since it's his birthday today. I feel old. ;)

L - ham/swiss/pickle roll-ups (3), deli mustard for dipping
S - same as morning snack - crustless quiche "muffin" OR Source Greek (peach) and 1/2 a white nectarine (I brought both)
D - I want steak too! But in real life, I'm having leftover BBQ chicken and grilled veggies (also leftover lol)

Good luck at your check-up cc. Keep cool everyone. I may go for a walk at lunch or just stay in the nice air conditioning. I am going out to dinner tonight with my sister and sil. I have listed the salad I will get and tried to put it in MFP. The pecans have the most calories but I do love them in a salad. I will try not to eat too many.

Afternoon all. Was so tired slept till 8am ate some eggs went right back to sleep till 12 noon. I'm glad to report i feel much better and my cold has finally left me but boy, is it ever so hot and humid. I'll probably take a walk at Conestoga Mall later on today, other than that, nothing else is planned today.
