Glad the golf went well. Last night at Pan Am yesterday. Watched the Canadian Men's field hockey. I find I really like the game. They held Argentina to a 3 nothing final. So silver for Canada. I found out that Argentina is ranked in the top 5 in the world whereas Canada is about 13th. So we did good.
Going for a walk shortly. It is already getting really hot. Have to go pick up mu Para Pan credentials today. Since I am so far up I am going across to Costco.
the last couple of weeks have thrown off my eating. I see how easy it would be to not be as accountable and what the results would be. I am glad I have been able to not gain weight. It would have been so easy. So I need to get back in the groove.

Last day of holidays and I feel so rested - ready to go hard again tomorrow. I've avoided checking my work email, will check later today so I know how much of a ****storm I'm walking into tomorrow. lol Not much on the go today - will visit my parents, do a little cooking prep for the week, not too much else considering the heat out there!

L - crustless quiche with a few shots of Frank's and extra parm nuked 'til melty
S - ham/Swiss/pickle roll-ups (3) dipped in deli mustard
D - BBQ burger all the fixings no bun - this turns out to be like a "smothered" burger, all the toppings (cheese, onion, tomato, maybe a slice of bacon, pickle, condiments (no ketchup, tyvm)), eaten with a knife & fork - I often can't finish this!

Afternoon all. Sick as a dog and I just woke up at 1pm. Did wake up though for oatmeal at 7am and then went back to bed. My eats have been all over the place. Lots of fluids though and a few bites of this and that when hungry. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day for my cold so i can get to be 'normal' again and get back into a routine.
I hope everyone else's weekend has been better. Had a 12hr day yesterday at work. Good it was a weekend and quieter otherwise, i'd never have survived the day.
B - water, oatmeal with protein powder
L - coffee, water, hamburger patty with cheese, no bun
S - rest of lunch
D - chicken breast, cucumber
S - more liquids, tea maybe chicken soup
Have a blessed day all, Nia
