It was disgusting the first day. Nothing I did made the vanilla taste any better. But, you get used to the aftertaste rather quickly.
I found that starting on a weekend was very helpful.
My favourites are vanilla with a squirt of raspberry lemonade crystal light (kind of tastes like a strawberry milkshake) and chocolate with a little bit of peppermint extract.
I eat about a cup of sugar free jello a day and have one cup of beef broth with a little bit of chicken bullion and pepper...
Other than that, I have this overwhelming need to chew on something crunchy. It's actually been a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

It's definitely not as bad as I thought it was going to be. It's bearable.
