I hit goal!!!!!
11 months and 3 days post op I hit goal! 182 lbs lost...I'm so incredibly excited! I've had so many things happen in this last year I wasn't sure I'd make it. Ended an 11 year relationship, loss of friends, loss of a job..more surgery ..it's been rough. With that though, I've started a new relationship..made new friends and got a new job. I managed to keep myself grounded somehow. To anyone who's doubting themselves..you got this!! For the first time in my life..by clinical standards. ..I'm of a normal weight. Weird.

Well done. You have reached your goal, but also you did that in the midst of some very difficult cir****tances without turning to food. I would say that is a great NSV.
