While I have no definite plans, there will be a mani/pedi, hairdo, shopping, getting caught up on some reading, see a movie.... just general stay home and enjoy stuff.

Sounds awesome Karen, enjoy your week off. This year is going to be so different from last year, this time last year I was starting opti fast for 3 weeks and I was really sick the first 2-3 days, I mean chills, fever, you name it. This year I can eat fairly normally, which is nice but temptation is everywhere Karen! I am bringing some "safe" foods that I love such as sf lime greek yogurt with toasted almonds.
Bringing "safe" foods, and lots of them for variety is a VERY good idea. :)

Good morning all. Just work today which sounds awesome. This means no Pan am. Almost relaxing. Unfortunately we have what is called the intensive this week for all the MDes students. It happens in the room beside me but the catering is by my desk and the noise is immense.
Head phones for sure today.

Im sitting on my patio under my umbrella enjoying my coffee at the moment. Plans for today? Not. One. Thing. :)

S - Source Greek, handful of grapes
L - last of the cucumber/almond/dill/chicken quinoa salad
S - muffin-tin crustless quiche
D - steak fajita, salsa fresca, dollop of sour cream
S - not sure yet

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!

It's been better. After a long week last week, my mother-in-law passed away yesterday. She is at peace, but still very hard on us all. :-(

Referral to Guelph Feb/13, Sleep study and all bloodwork and ultrasound May/13, orientation July/13. Nurse, NUT,SW Sept/13, 2nd NUT, nurse and SW, 3rd round and cleared for surgery Dec/13. Pre-op Apr 7/14, Surgeon May 2/14, Opti Jul 3/14, surgery Jul 17/14.
