Post-Op.... What shakes are your favourite?
Please don't buy shakes until after your surgery unless they are sample size or Ready to Drink shakes. Your taste will change after surgery and you will end up buying a big tub of shake powder that you will hate. I've read it on the forum many times. It happened to me and i still have those tubs of protein powder - too sweet, too artificial tasting, gross texture. Yet I tried them before surgery and loved them. You can order samples from WinDirect of Designer Whey, Gnc will sometimes give sample, Popeye's will give samples, at GNC you can buy individual RTD protein shakes.

My gosh, we talk about various protein shakes every day on this forum, I'm surprised you haven't caught any of those conversations.

I know you've been reading/participating on the "what are you eating" thread - have a look there, a few of us drink them every day and list them in our daily menus.

Diesel Protein Shakes. It is a powder. 1 scoop of powder plus 1/2c water = 27g of protein! And... they taste good. There is 0.1g of Fat, 0.5g of sugar and 115 calories. It is sweetened with Stevia so no artificial sweeteners.
