For anyone on Opti, I thought I would share what I have been doing. Of couse it is never going to taste like a frapp from Starbucks but I can try, right?

These are what I have been doing:

Choco-Berry - Chocolate Optifast with a raspberry shot.

Cotton Candy - Vanilla Opti with a raspberry shot (Starbucks has a Cotton Candy Frapp and they use vanilla bean and raspberry, so lets pretend this works)

Peppermint Paddy - Chocolate Opti with a peppermint paddy shot.

Tropical Breeze - Vanilla Opti with a banana and coconut shot.

Ferrero Rocher - Chocolate Opti with a hazelnut shot.

Where do you get the shots?

Starbucks and Torani sell bottles of sugar free syrup.  The low carb grocery sells lots of Torani and Monin SF syrups.

Thx very much! I have a delish one. One cup ice, one cup cold water, pack of chocolate opti, 1 teaspoon of coco, and 1/2 pack sweetener, blend to milkshake thickness and omg tastes better then any chocolate shake I have had.

Thanks, this is great info to have. I haven't started yet as I am still waiting to get the call to meet the surgeon. Hopefully sooner than later.

Choco raspberry sound amazeballs (I'm stealing Jaxie's word here). I wonder if it works as well with premier protein?
