Source Greek but I couldn't handle it for the first couple weeks post op. I had those little finesse ones at first, since I was supplementing with shakes anyway.

Source Greek Apple Pie is my fav, but would not be suitable for immediate post op as it has chunks of apple in it.  Source Greek Lime I don't think has any chunks in it.  You'll do great.

Source greek is great for on the go.  Personally I like the Kirkland Brand Plain Greek Yogurt.  I snazzy it up with a bit of fruit or sugar free syrups.

Greek yogurt (plain) and a tsp of sugar free jam is my fave.

Immediately post op, I could not handle yogurt. I was worried that I never would be able to again, but it passed. One trick I learned was to mix a box of sugar free pudding with a carton of premier protein shake. Protein pudding! The flavor combos that you can buy here made the soft foods phase tolerable.
