All Yogurts are NOT Created Equal
Just putting the finishing touches on my post-op stockpile. Just wondering what you have found to be the best overall yogurt choice nutritionally speaking for a post-op ??? ( low calorie, low fat, low sugar, high protein). I like both Greek and regular, and I typically buy Source. There are soooo many choices.... and the nutrition varies dramatically. I felt bad today trying to read through them at the grocery store getting in everyone's way opening and closing the door...over and over and over. :)
Personally immediately post op I used source Greek vanilla. Another trick is plain fat free sugar free Greek yogurt & add 1 scoop of protein powder to it. It was so good when I did this with my chocolate protein powder

Definitely Greek over regular, more protein. I like source and iiogo best, but it may take a bit of trial and error to find one you like. Don't start trying now though, your taste buds will change. What you like pre-op may not be what you like post-op. Jus****ch sugar and fat content. To high on either side and you might be feeling a bit off.
