Good morning :)

Maybe pick a cooler day to walk to course, Barb! Your steak soup sounds wonderful.

I have the makings of pulled pork in my crockpot, going to visit Andrew's mom in a bit, not sure what else I'll get up to today. The great thing: anything I don't feel like doing today can be postponed 'til tomorrow! I love my holiday so far

Steak soup sounds good, could you post the recipe please?  Good idea to take it easy, it can be dangerous in this heat to overdo it.  What store do you get the carnation at?

Good day everyone.  Guess everyone is out enjoying the warm weather eh?  I am hiding inside today, it is 40 degrees out with the humidity so I will be staying in.  The only time I like being out in that weather is if I am right beside a beach or pool. Other than that not thanks. Yesterday I found some biking shorts, board shorts, and a cute tank top bathing top at sports experts, but I am going to check out giant tiger, see if they have the same or similar for cheaper, I spent $150!  Bought medium bottoms and medium tops, and I love that I was able to just walk in there are buy them. Totally awesome nsv!  Also had my 1 hour rmt full body massage yesterday and it was so fabulous I can't even explain how lovely it was.

Yesterday was brutal for heat. I wasn't out it it often. Got to watch the Men's bronze Archery. It was great. the Canadian Lyons won it with a perfect last set of all 100's.

i was suppose to volunteer today but ended up not going. I think Breakfast did not agree with me. Cramps and running to the washroom. Then dizzy and weak so after letting them know I went back to bed and slept. I feel bad letting them down but just not up to it.

b 1 egg, 2 sausages

l left over salad from dinner and yogurt

d burger without bun

s possibly a little slice of cake.

Kids coming for our Birthday's(last Thursday and DH on the 22nd)

Afternoon all. Didn't post yesterday as I worked all day. Was too tired when i got home. Barb, glad you walked the course but, take it easy. Very  hot and tiring in this heat. Karen, glad you're enjoying your days off. Zizz, nice you got your massage and enjoying a good rest. Don't spend too much money now. For some reason, I've never liked massages. Come to think of it, i don't like being touched, lol. I have issues, i know. Pat, hope you feel well soon.

As for me, the less said about my eats for the past few weeks, the better. I start of with good intensions and it then gets away from me as the day goes by. I'm trying to get back on track and although I haven't gained weight, i feel puffier and boy, have i been having the most awful gas and diarrhea. Today, i'm sticking to my foods no matter what.
