Good morning everyone.  Cc sounds like a fun day, enjoy!  I have yoga in a few minutes, then a bath and an an hour of  RMT message at my favourite spa.  I get the essential oil of my choice, hot towels, and some awesome bath salts to take home with me.  Also have the not so pleasant task of finding a bathing suit I feel comfortable in.  Any ideas as to where to buy board shorts?  I checked bikini village and they only had size 0 and 2, not sure what that was about.  Also tried old navy, nothing that interested me there.  I don't want to spend a fortune either as next summer I might need a different size again.  Farmers market after that for some local tomatoes and berries and whatever else looks good, probably some garlic feta spread.  Possibly some gardening today if it is nice.

CC your dinner sounds great.

Zizzler try Land's End web site. They usually have the shorts you are looking for

Watched some of the archery yesterday. Needed binoculars, which I did not have to see the arrows. They are so thin they just blend in with the target. I am at varsity again today. Might try to catch some of the field hockey if everything is quiet.

I had a bad eating day yesterday. Ended up with the shakes yesterday afternoon from too much sugar. My old enemy fatigue. I just want to keep eating to stay awake. Which of course back fires and makes me ever more tired. So better choices today.

b greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

l I will see what they are serving. It has been sandwiches lately which I do not eat so will take a Ocean's tuna kit in case and an sf pudding

s smoked chick peas or apple

d going out and not sure where but will try to eat mindfully

Have a good day everyone
