Premier protein bars vs shakes? Opinions pls

If Premier has a new protein bar, it will be listed on their web site (both Tracey and I provided the link to Premier Nutrition). I didn't see anything that had low carbs, other than their shakes.

I don't see the nutrition info on their site either, so I tweeted them and am waiting for a response.

Not sure how you can't see it, it's listed for each bar  You click on the bar that you want to look at and it has a pic of the protein bar and right under the pic it says Nutritional Info and you click that and a pop up screen comes up.  This is the Raspberry one for example.

I guess i wasn't clicking the right spot!!! NO WAY, not worth it! Look at the calories, even if you split it up throughout the day, that's ALOT!!!!

thx for posting

Unless they have a new bar that isn't even listed on their site yet, I'd stay away.  LOL

Wondering too, if this is an American version? The bar I have has totally different numbers, and is a 50 gram size.

If you are talking about the bar you posted stats to you said it was Pure not Premier and it doesn't have 30grams of protein like the ones the OP was talking about.

Oh, if they're not new, this is the first i've seen them at my costco. I saw the 22 g of protein ones but these were 30. I thought the girl said the nutrition mirrored the shakes but need to confirm first.

The only nutrition that is the same in them is the amount of protein.  I believe when I looked at them the bars were huge and were 30 grams of protein but also about 300 calories and 20 something in carbs. You could never eat a whole one either as they are big.  I haven't found a protein bar that has decent carb stats on it, most are meal replacements more than anything.  Nothing wrong to carry one for emergencies but I'd definitely not eat them daily like most do with the shakes.
