It Seems July 17th is a GreatDay to Change Your Life!!!!!

Sept/13 I decided I had enough, and I was changing my life.  The first Dr gave me the run around, so I found one that was helpful.  Jan/14 the referral went in, orientation came June/14......and here we are ....tomorrow is my day!!!!!!  Its been a very long and (at times) frustrating road of waiting and more waiting, but throughout that time DAILY I read forums, watched you tube videos, joined a support group and did all the research I could to prepare me for what lies ahead.  I would encourage others to use your time wisely- and educate yourself.  I am very excited for this opportunity to continue to better my LIFE mind body and soul!!!    But brace yourself--because I will likely still have lots of questions!!

I would also like to congratulate 2 other special people tomorrow July 17th, for reaching their 1st YEAR SURGERVERSARY!!!!!

"Swampy1976 "- your before and afters were amazing & "crqvingchange"- your positive input and contributions to this forum are much appreciated.   You both should be soooo proud of yourself ----not to mention the fabulous changes you achieved for you health!!!!!

Lastly --   So.. to those on OPTI right now....enjoy those shakes because let me tell ya.....when you are on your clear fluid days ...you'll wish you had one!!! LOL

Enjoy this beautiful sunshine everyone, and wish me luck!!!

Good luck tomorrow, we'll save room on the bench for you.  Tomorrow is my 1 year anniversary.  In one year I am down 120 lbs., I exercise on a regular basis and actually look forward to it, I am off many of the meds that I was on before surgery, i have more energy, life is so much better.  These are some of the things you can look forward to.  You are going to do great, you've got this.
