B - 30g bran buds, 1/2 cup almond milk, protein powder, 1/2 tbsp pb
L - 3oz poached mackerel, 1/2 cup cucumbers with tzatziki, onions and peppers
S - 2oz chicken, 1/4 cup sweet potato
D - maybe work dinner or turkey neck with zucchini
S - either work dinner or turkey with zucchini/milk with frozen berries blended
Totals: 687cal, 53 carbs, 21 fats, 71 protein

Hello all! One month out and officially on soft foods.
I had a bit too much cottage cheese too fast yesterday, and my stomach (can I still call it that?) had a little revolt! Had to go lie down for an hour or so. Still learning how to handle this new eating!
B: Premier Protein shake
S: Decaf coffee with soy milk
L: 50g trout with 2tbsp puttanesca sauce
D: going to try scrambled egg with parmesan
S: Sugar free pudding with Vega protein

OMG, what a start to the day I had today - mistakenly took my bedtime meds at 5AM when I got up. These meds knock me for a loop (as in go to bed NOW or you'll be sleeping on the couch sitting up loop), had a small panic when I realized what I had done, tried to choke 'em up (sorry, tmi), couldn't, and felt like absolute garbage all day. LOL Note to self: wake up before you start taking your meds.
Anyway, off to work I went. And now I'm considering going to bed. lol

B - GNC Total Lean (banana cream)
S - muffin-tin crustless quiche
L - same as yesterday - literally the same, I forgot my entire lunch kit on the counter yesterday (I so need a vacation!) so cucumber/almond/dill quinoa salad with chicken breast and some tzatziki for dipping
D - 4 oz BBQ steak sliced thin with stir fry veggies
S - likely just coffee, then bed

Back to planning, trying to up my protein to help with healing.
B- 2 slices peameal bacon, 1 fried egg
L- Roasted salsa chicken Protini on 1 cup salad, 2 tbsp low calorie/carb dressing.
D- Compliments Balance Salmon burger, nsa pickles. (first time I tried these salmon burgers, really liked it, and it has 23 grams of protein, 120 calories)
Snack- syntrax protein shake
Myfitnesspal totals: Calories 525, Carbs 14, Fat 17, Protein 82.
