What are you eating/doing today (Tuesday)
Good morning every one. Birdie good for you for being an athlete, you are very inspiring to me. Karen, glad to hear your patio is done, enjoy. Pat hope the Panama are going well, so exciting. Tanya I hope you like the stawberry, it's my personal fave but everyone seems to be different. Worked out at the gym this morning, feeling nice and relaxed. Good because today will be busy as we are extremely short-staffed. I have to get everything in place for next week when I will be on vacation for 2 weeks. Counting the days!

I know I never post on this thread but I read it daily. Last night I had 3oz of steak with a fried egg for dinner. Was it ever good! And easy to make since I just had to heat the steak up from the night before and fry the egg. I think I will have this more often when I am dining alone which seems to be a lot these days because of my husbands job. I have decided I am not a fan of that chicken salad with cranberries and almonds. I find it too "wet". I prefer it a bit drier. I am going to try the homemade one that they have in the salad counter next. It doesn't look like it has as much mayo.

Glad you enjoyed your tennis lesson yesterday. I too like sports but, my knee won't let me participate at this moment which means i've had to drop all my classes at the Y and reduced to walking 5-10 mins at a time. Hopefully after surgery, all is well.
NSV alert: I went shopping over the weekend and came home with a new closet. From one store i came home with mediums, smalls, size 3, 6, xl, 13, lol. Talk about different sizes. Also whilst at work, the owner was wondering why it seems like I don't eat or eat very little at a time so, i told her about the surgery and she was like , "wow, looking at you you'd never guess you were overweight before, you look skinny just like any regular person". That was so nice to hear and made my day for sure. Just the little reassurance i need to hear from tme to time.

Wow, size 3 and small?! Great nsv for the clothes and the compliment. I hear you about clothing sizes, they are all over the place! A lot depends on the cut and the fabric. If it is a stretchy fabric I usually wear a 9 or medium, but if not its usually a 10 or 11. Stretchy is great because I get more wear out of them and they tend to fit better. Don't worry about your knee, once you have surgery this will be better. Have you ever tried recumbent cycling? I found this to be good after my injury, that and swimming, weights.
