I wanted to say thanks to everyone who gave the best advice, have the sleep test ASAP!  I went for my results today and I actually have moderate sleep apnea! I'm floored, I was sure they would say that I didn't. So it will be 3 weeks until I get my test machine, then sleep  retest on October 30th. I bet I'll still be waiting for my appointments, so shouldn't even hold anything up.

Yes it's good to get that done as soon as possible. As soon as I met with nurse Jan 12th I got my referral from my family doctor. I was done everything by April 23rd with Guelph and still waiting for the sleep clinic to send my results to Guelph.

I got my referral through my family doctor when I saw my nurses well, not looking forward to the test. I have a infant that breast-feeds at night.  BY the morning I'm going to be having some really sore boobs, but it might just be my first night of full sleep since she was born.
