I've been sick all week cold plus flu like symptoms. . Extra nausea after eating. ..combines with not wanting to eat because it feels like swallowing razor blades. Haha

My question is... what do you all do to keep up your Protien intake and nutritional goals when you're sick.  I've been sipping my Protien shakes but know that's not fling to be enough and have been trying to eat little things... bits of chicken etc. Just looking for some advice

Thanks.

Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, low sodium chicken broth and protein shakes should help a bit.  Make sure you are getting your water in as well.  you don't want to become dehydrated!

I've been sipping water and Protien shakes. Although not as much as I should be drinking.  I've got got a whole series of symptoms so I'm ofd to the hospital.  I don't see it being just a simple cold now.

Greek yogurt is not my favorite thing and can't stand cottage cheese.   I've been worries about hitting Protien goals.

How did you make out at doctors?  I'm not a big fan of Greek yogurt but I don't mind the source vanilla Greek yogurt. 50 calories and good protein. Worth a try. Make sure you are getting your vitamins in. That is as important as protein. Good luck!

Doctors could have went better... said I likely have rhe flu and if it doesn't improve over rhe weekend go back.

Madison had to leave work today because I got all dizzy and nauseous.

Soup with unflavored protein powder mixed in would be good.
