Where do you find Chike here? I am hoping it's at CostCo and not something you picked up at Home Sense. I took your advice and did happen to find some great stuff at Home Sense yesterday.

I didn't - you can't get it here. I ordered it from their web site (Texas) and had it delivered (delivery was $14.95 for up to 4 pounds of products).

Afternoon all and welcome back Barb.

Just woke up and still sleepy, can't sleep anymore or else i'll stay awake all night. My knee was very sore after work yesterday despite me taking pain meds. The doc had offered steroid shots last week since surgery is a few months away, but i declined as i've heard they don't work that well. Maybe i'll re-consider that offer.

Guelph is great, and you are almost one year after my surgery in Guelph.  I was July 17.  We will save a spot for you on the loser's bench, it's a wonderful place.

Roma I think everyone has trouble with water in the beginning.  Try using a water enhancer, like Crystal Light or Mio.  It may take a number of them before you find the one you like.  It is easy to get dehydrated so sip, sip, sip.  But a small glass beside you when you are watching TV and take a sip everytime they say a common word like "and".   You will find that once you get your water in you will start to have more energy.  You've got this.

Very late posting but I did not post yesterday so wanted to get this in today.  Boy is it every hot out!  Just came back from the dog park, it was a lot of fun but I am burned now, lol.  Went for a therapeutic massage today, have not had one since winter so it felt really good. Had breakfast a Cora's, just a bunch of sides, everything else is too carby or too big and I did not want leftovers.  Just going to relax after hours at the dog park, maybe play some video games.

10 months post op
