Good morning everyone.  I was up early this morning so I may need a nap later on.

Today it's lots of laundry and paperwork, then relax with DH in front of the TV tonight.

Still on my prep diet for the colonoscopy, so today I will be drinking protein shakes, broth, and coffee.  Tomorrow I am not allowed coffee or tea - :(.

Barb your lunch and dinner sound divine

Have a great day everyone.

I love all seafood and fish but especially sea bass - tastes buttery when grilled alone.

CC that is a long prep period for a colonoscopy - never heard of one longer then 24 hours.  You have my sympathies.

It's because I get so backed up from the iron supplements.

Scallops are one of my favourite foods.

Still a long time - I am on Iron also - take a colace daily to assist.  Hope all goes well.

Scallops with hot pepper flakes are delish and so low calorie.  Trying to go low calorie and carb this week ( again!!)

Pat, how was it being at the Games yesterday? Must have been such a buzz of excitement - and look at our Canadians off to a great start!

Good morning :)

Welcome back, Barb, glad you had a good time!

The back patio work continues with fence painting, flower planting, repotting the pepper and tomato plants, and (repeated) furniture rearranging. You would think this would be quick and easy with such a tiny space - unfortunately there are two rather OCD people at work (and we're totally picky about different things - I have a chair that keeps moving the same 4 inches in the living room - back and forth, back and forth between my preference and Andrew's LOL). Have to pick up a few groceries and will hit the nursery for any leftover plants.

- coffee with cream x 4 over the day -

B - Premier protein shake (chocolate)

S - Source Greek (I'm starting to get tired of yogurt. Boo.)

L - cranberry almond chicken salad (Good Foods at Costco - this is pretty good actually, thanks Monica for the recommendation), 4 crackers, maybe a pickle

S - Chike protein iced coffee,  later: shrimp dipped in Thai sweet chili sauce

D - BBQ burger all the fixings no bun, homemade coleslaw

S - not sure yet

Have a good one and keep cool, it's a scorcher out there!

K. :)
