Good morning everyone.

Cc I agree with Karen, watermelon with feta and mint sounds great.  Do you make it into a salad with a dressing or just eat them together?  I have fresh mint in my garden and feta n the fridge, all I would need is the watermelon.

Counting down the days until vacation, boy do I need one!  Did my workout at the gym today, feeling nice and relaxed.  Nsv alert! Wearing a dress to work for the first time ever!  I am wearing bike shorts underneath just in case, I am self conscious about the extra skin on my thighs.  I had hoped I would not feel insecure anymore but it's still there.  Part of the Bain stuff I will always struggle with I am sure.

Karen and Zizz I can't take credit for the Watermelon, feta, and fresh mint salad. They make it at the grocery store, and those are the only ingredients.   It is awesome, those flavours go together perfectly.   It's a big seller.

Which grocery store do they sell it at?

At Zehrs which is part of the Loblaws chain. It's easy to make, just diced watermelon, fresh mint leaves, and crumbed feta. Let it sit for an hour in the fridge do the flavours can meld.

I am sure the dress will look awesome. Try to relax. I have the melting thigh look and have decided to just embrace it.

I am mostly ok with it, the back and front of my thighs look great is the inner parts that have the extra skin starting a few maybe 5 inches above my knee.  I rocked the heck out of that dress today btw, got lots of compliments too.  Not sure I am walking correctly in it though, it feels like I should be walking daintier or something.  lol
