s - Large Coffee with 2 milk
l - Spinach Salad with mandarin oranges, chopped egg, Raspberry Dressing and 4oz grilled chicken breast
s - Smart for Life Protein Bar
d - BBQ Salmon Fillet with grilled asparagus
s - after my evening run...PB on soda crackers with sliced banana to avoid crash
5 litres of fluids including 1 Gatorade G2 for run
