Hey Nikki. It's just like mug cake without the sugars and flour:

1/4 cup almond milk

15g protein powder

1/2 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp cacao powder

stevia or sweetener of choice

1/2 tsp baking powder

nuke it in the microwave for 30-60 secs comes out like a brownie

108 cals, 9 carbs, 3 fats, 17g protein, 1 sugar

well now that sounds awesome. if only I could find a powdered Protien that doesn't make me sick... I'd love to try that! I was craving something sweet for a while and that would have been perfect.

What if you use plain unflavoured protein powder?

Welcome to the waydet postings! That key lime yogurt is my favourite kind, love it a lot.  When I was 3 weeks out I had a hard time eating more than a few bites of anything.  Have you tried the GNC lean shakes?  If not you might want to give them a go, they have 25g protein per and are smoother than the pp shakes, like drinking a glass of milk.

I feel like I can get yogurt down no problem.  However, anything more dense I usually have to stop after a few bites to.

I have not yet tried the GNC shakes but I hear a lot of people on here chatting them up.  I will have to give them a try 😀
