Good morning everyone. Got some new stuff at Costco yesterday, including the chicken cranberry almond salad, which I tried last night. it is super yummy, going to have one for my lunch today. Has anyone ever bought pressed cottage cheese? I bought it but now I am not sure how to prepare it. Do you just eat it like regular cottage cheese? Just work today and the gym or weeding if it's nice out.

b - 1/2 gnc banana shake, xl decaf coffee
s - 1/2 gnc shake...later greek yogurt with sf cranberries
l - chicken cranberry almond salad from Costco
s - 1/2 simply protein bar, cucumber slices, snap peas, later..sf pineapple coconu****er
d - sf raspberry lemonade on ice....later...leftover ribs if I am tired, black river steak on bbq if I Am in the mood
s - eggwhite psyllium wrap, heated, with pb
all water and vits

I've had pressed ricotta before, and I just added some sweetener to it and had it with fruit. Probably cottage cheese is the same.

Good morning all. Well I ate terrible last week but managed to not gain weight. Which means I might have lost if I had some self control. Lots of exercise walking and biking. Lots of bug bites! I have my last training for Panam tonight so no swimming but will walk to the stadium to see how long it will take me for the start this weekend.
Zizzler, I love the cranberry chicken. I also have it for lunch today.
