Starting OPTI on Tuesday!!!
That sounds awesome using the sugar free lime jello in the vanilla Opti....sadly I am with Guelph and during Opti we can't have jello....just Opti, decaf black coffee or tea ( YUCK), water and 1/2 cup of chicken or beef broth a day!! Thankfully my surgeon has me on it for 1 week only...which also makes me nervous as I see so many take it for 2 or 3 weeks...so even though I am officially to start Opti on Tuesday July 7th, this week I am using my own protein shakes, jello and clear fluids..kind of a practice for next week...I wish you all the best and it would be great to stay in touch....I am in Kitchener :)

Just put half of the powder from one pack of any flavor sugar free jello into the blender with approx 4-5 icecubes, 300ml of water , and blend it up. The orange jello makes it taste like creamsicle, the strawbeery makes it just like a cherry shake etc..When I added the orange jello to the chocolate, I thought it was identical to Terry's orange chocolate that you can buy around Christmas time. I have actually found the Opti very easy to be honest.
