I'll post a photo once we've got it all put together.

Provided we don't kill each other in the process. ;)

Pardon my french   But when hubby and I do anything that requires a lot of pages of instructions and parts, we rate it on the "fuck factor" scale.  How many times the nasty word is used.  I hope the f-factor on your umbrella is low, and you both survive.

I suspect it'll rate high on the F-Factor I'm afraid.

Hello everyone,  Seems I enjoy reading better than posting.  Have been stalled for a little over a week.  Even gained 2 pounds one day, but I have been retaining a lot of fluid.  Thanks to my atrial fib.  I have been eating well, keeping calories 500-600, but carbs have been inching up.  Mostly due to fruit and salad.  So I am going to dial back the carbs for a couple week to see if it jump starts my weight loss again.  Low carb was the only way I was able to lose weight pre wls.

B- 2 slices peameal bacon and a fried egg.  (was so nice to enjoy this breakfast)

L- 1 mini meat loaf, few sugar free pickles, 1 tbsp reduced sugar ketchup

D. 1 salmon patty, few sugar free pickles

S- tangerine grapefruit crystal light with half scoop of syntrax fuzzy naval.

Myfitnesspal totals:  Calories 529, Carbs 13, Fat 21, Protein 70.

Hope everyone is having a great day!

I think i'll enjoy it and as i told her i'll be starting school in the fall, she was willing to work with me, which is great. Thank you all for the good luck wishes yesterday as it they worked well :)

I just need to get a police records check and then i'll be good to go.
