What are you eating/doing today (Friday)

A couple of times I ordered it from their web site and had it delivered (they're in Texas) and once I was lucky enough to have it brought back for me. Their shipping is fairly reasonable (it was $14.95 for up to 4 pounds of product). FYI, it has caffeine (in case you are a decaf girl).

TGIF for sure. There is little going on at work today so will probably leave work early. Need to grocery shop. Baking tonight for a Memorial service tomorrow.

Swimming at lunch. I will try not eating a snack this morning and see if that helps the burbs

DH bought some fresh peas (about 1/2 bushel) which we shucked last night. I now have green under my thumb which does not want to come out. I need to parboil them tonight and freeze them. I do love fresh peas.

Fresh peas are so good. As a child I would sneak into the garden and eat them raw.

Hello everyone Happy Friday!  I am so sorry to hear both you and Karen have a memorial service to go to Pat.  :(

Today my boss is in a foul mood and I've been run off my feet up until now.  I hope it gets better and I can't wait for the weekend to start.

4.5 months out:

Breakfast:  1/3 cup of Greek yogurt with salt and pepper and a few spoons of pico de gallo.

Snack: Tall non-fat no foam unsweetened Starbucks latte

Lunch: - Going to have the GNC Total Lean Shake in Banana (thanks for the recommendation Karen - will let you know how I like it)

Snack: Low fat cottage cheese

Dinner:  1 cheddar sausage with mustard for dipping

Snack:  Diesel chocolate peanut butter protein powder shake made with unsweetened almond milk before bed, if I stay awake that long haha.

All water and vitamins

Have a great weekend everyone!
